Shipping with DPD
We ship from our warehouse in Bergheim using DPD. Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the destination country, shipping weight and order value.
Private customers
Orders with a goods value of €75.00 or more are delivered free of charge by standard shipping within the enabled EU shipping zones.
Austria – DPD Standard
The following final prices apply to shipments from 1 September 2026. They include 20% VAT and the transport surcharges currently applied.

Standard transit times after dispatch
- Austria: generally 1–2 working days
- Germany: generally 2–3 working days
- Other enabled EU countries: generally 1–7 working days, depending on the destination country
Transit times are non-binding standard times from the shipping provider and can be longer, particularly on public holidays or during periods of high parcel volume.
Shipment limits
DPD standard parcels may weigh no more than 31.5 kg. Additional size and weight limits apply to international B2C shipments depending on the service. Machines, bulky accessories, island deliveries and shipments over 31.5 kg are calculated separately.
Business customers
Delivery is free of charge for business customers ordering at least 16 kg of coffee or with a net goods value of at least €249.00. Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated by destination zone and shipping weight. VAT treatment depends on the destination country, customer status, a valid VAT ID and the legally required evidence.
