STANZ Coffee combines personal guidance in Austria with the roasting tradition of B Caffè dal 1870, built over generations. Discover the company, Stefan Anzinger and the history of the Barbera family.

STANZ Coffee

Based in Mattsee, STANZ Kaffee GmbH is the Austrian general importer of B Caffè dal 1870. The company supports hospitality businesses, hotels, offices and private coffee enthusiasts with product selection, machine advice, training and personal service.

The focus is on transparent quality, practical solutions and long-term partnerships – from choosing the right coffee to preparing it consistently.

Stefan Anzinger

Stefan Anzinger leads STANZ Coffee and contributes more than 15 years of experience in coffee, hospitality, sales and quality management. His professional background includes roles with Segafredo Zanetti Austria, Lavazza Kaffee and the coffee-machine sector.

As an SCA trainer, he teaches Barista Skills and Brewing. His work focuses on customer development, brand building, training and repeatable coffee quality – from product knowledge to the cup.

B Caffè dal 1870

The story of Caffè Barbera began in Messina in 1870. Founder Domenico Barbera roasted coffee on a small coal-fired machine and became known as the “Mago del Caffè” for his craft.

Today, the company continues in its sixth family generation. Italian espresso culture, green-coffee expertise and continuous technical development still shape the brand. STANZ Coffee brings this range to Austria as general importer.
